Tooker Gomberg would have turned 53 today. His passing still makes me very sad. I think I’ve yet to fully digest the situation of his death, or what he really meant to me, and the world.

I’ve been working on our many home reno projects, listening to a lot of crappy radio. Of course Billy Joel’s “Only the Good Die Young” played, and I was compelled to take a break, come to the library and post something, anything about my lost friend.
Please take the time to visit Greenspiration!, the website set up by Tooker and his wife, Angela Bishoff, which she still manages. You’ll notice news there about the launch of the Tooker Gomberg Memorial Library, which also opens today, August 12.
Check out the info about the cross Canada tour that we, along with Angela, made in the spring of 2006. Be sure to download some podcasts, or get a copy of the tour DVD. (note: these DVD’s are now only $10)
